The Springs total charges Jul 10, 2006
Hi all - I'm about to rent a type3E 3B/R in the Springs and some people told me there were a lot of hidden charges.

I saw in other posts that DEWA is around 1000/month.

Anybody who lives there: How much are you spending on maintenance, garden, are there any charges that the agents don't talk about?

Thanks for your help

When you rent the place you will have to pay DEWA bills, but you shouldnt be responsible for maintenance. Now if you want to maintain a garden and take care of that then i guess the costs associated with it will be on you too.

that is paid by the landlord and not the person renting.

Thanks :). My desk was getting cluttered with research into local stocks so I figured it might be interesting to make a website out of it.

An Investment Banker? Now that's very complimentary. I'll say yes then, since it sounds much more respectable than a Beach Bum  .
