yes, they have a dept you can ring and request unblocking. There is no reason for this site to be blocked. There is nothing deemed "offensice" or "p<3n" in any form.

You should get some really nice lingerie and make him dinner. Ask him randomly what is ultimate fantasy is and surprise him by acting it out. He will love that.

well, if he likes football, u can buy him one of those world cup footballs sold in big shops, i think a ball costs around 300+ Dhs, so that would be something special !!

I am not sure what he might have in mind, but if I were you, I'd focus on the surprise element I mean try to gift him something he would never thought you would, balls and handsigned photos are predictable..I can help you out with this.. tell me .. what does he do? working or still in college,? if college it is... what's his major? ...
now about the look.. is there anything you would want him to change in his look? new haricut? a tan?..

by the way.. there are these floating boats on the creek, try to reserve a nice table for two in a far corner and ask him out... the old fashioned way.. .. this will work if he is a romantic type of guy,..
