I have a spare massive bedroom to let in my 2 bedroom apartment in mirdiff. Apartment is located in Uptown Mirdiff, a ritzy complex which has all facilities such as large pool/spa and covered parking with pleasing lanscaped gardens.
Apartement is fully furnished and has Paytv/internet. Room is unfurnished though. Room which is absolutely huge has its own bath and wardrobe. Apartment is on top floor with balcony overlooking a huge courtyard with fashion shops and cafes.
Rent is 3800 per month + dewa (neg)
Only problem is though is that room will be available as of 10/08/06.
Sharing with me, early 20's professional, Lebanese. Am clean and tidy and expect the same. Seeking like wise person.
