Here is the list so far,

1. spitting
2. litter in the streets
3. plastic bags and bottles scattered across the desert
4. idiotic drivers
5. double standards in the way that the law is sometimes applied
6. perception/ reality of uncontrolable rent increases
7. daily reports of labour problems
8 traffic congestion, when it takes 30 mins to get from the convention centre to your hotel across the street I don't imagine people enjoy that.
9 Public hygeine of general public - not wearing deodorant should be a crime!
10. Fat women wearing tight pants (they look like sausages). Now, THAT should be a crime. Now that should be a crime.
11. Mothers washing their kids bums (old nappy off, wash bum in hand basin, new nappy on) in the sinks all the time in the women's toilets here......never mind we all wash our hands in those sinks presumably to make us germ free
12. Garbage out of cars and left on the carpark (a meter away from garbage bin but to lazy to use it!)
13. 5 year old children steering/ driving thier parents cars in parking lots?
14. tourists don't want to meet michael jackson in the ladies bathrooms
15. Strollers (or "pushchairs"). You think drivers are reckless: these mothers are worse.
16. Bagpackers that put something heavy on top of Cream Cakes
17. people who stand next to you in a queue, and who surreptitiously proceed to push in front of you
18. People who wait a long time at the cash register and wait for all their merchandize to be scanned before they "realize" that they need to pull either money or their credit card out of their wallet/purse or the crack of their a#s to pay for it.

That list seems pretty comprehensive!! It will do for starters!!

Had to "revive" this thread as I have in the last couple of days faced and remembered one pet peeve. It is people that get a car "they can't afford" and then take 2 spots to park the darn thing.

I am looking for a used car (15 years or older) so I can park it within 2 inches of these aholes and leave it there for a couple of days.

hey, there's nothing wrong with taking a good lone spit once in a while.
