Description: Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all types of marine engines (I/O, stern drive) Work on top of the line vessels such as Crownline. Puts the finishing touches on all our boats, making them sparkle and shine! Details like cleaning the interior and exterior of boats, removing dust, grease and oil to make boats ready for delivery to their new owners. Assisting with the setup of boat shows and other off-site promotional events, and maintaining a clean and presentable sales floor.

Requirements: We are seeking techs with experience in all facets of marine service, engine diagnostics and repair, marine systems, stern drive service / rebuilding. Mercruiser certification a plus.
Good knowledge in standard top and bottom overhauling of 2 & 4 stroke engines. Experienced in dismantling / assembling, and removal / installation of crankshafts of medium and high speed engines. Ability to communicate in English, Arabic would be an advantage but not a must.
As a profile, hard working professional to grow with the company of 28-40 years of age resident in U.A.E.
U.A.E Driving License would be preferable.

Sales Executive - Ref# SE2
Description: This Sales executive Position will be to call on Boating Clubs, Boat Owners, Fishing Teams, Marinas and various customers to sell all products carried by DreamBoat. In addition to making calls on the client leads generated by our marketing department and advertising, the Sales executive will be responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, scheduling installations and providing product demonstrations. He/She will make sales presentations on site, over the phone, and by mail/email to sell products. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales to existing customers and introducing new products and services to the local market. Successfully act as a liaison between DreamBoat and customers, Establishing long term relationships with them. Answers questions regarding our products, warranties and service demonstrating advantages. Requires excellent telephone and follow up skills. General knowledge of boats required. He/She will continually be apprised of competitor activities and will work closely with the management team to provide strategic guidance to proactively identify short-term and long-term revenue enhancement opportunities. Success is measured by achievement of sales vs. quota. A good understanding of the Marine market is essential. Must have outstanding communications skills.
