I know a tatoo parlour in Deira. I dont want to disclose the location out here, as I dont know if the place is operating legally or not.

The woman who runs the place has something like 20 years of experience in the business, n i have seen the stuff shes done on my friend - freaking amazing.

hmm..ive been thinking alot about the tattoos i posted..YUP!!..number 1 if my best choice so far..
