Well sorry buddy i am not gonna email you. But here is a stab at your questions:

Yes it will. But that doesnt mean you can work in Dubai.

How much will it cost to buy a car? what a vague question. check out www.eqarat.com or www.tamweel.com or any other dubai real estate website for prices

> What if I bought an already established business?

Then you would be able to get a residence visa and work permit by being sonsered by that buisness
