Without context its hard to say.

A woman swearing in general conversation is a bit of a put off, but if she just had someone hit her toe with a hammer - it is understandable.

A woman chain smoking (with the teeth to match) is dreadful, but a woman smoking elegantly across a bar (especially if she's hot) can be quite seductive.

Everything needs to be considered in context.

i would say if she is hot, she could get away with anything ...

I would say smoking, swears can come out now and then. But smoking stinks! I do agree that a long thin cigarette can look sexy, but guys...how do you feel about how the smell gets in the hair and mouth?

well in my opnion. swearing is soo much better than smoking.
im a young girl myself.
i can get away by saying something bad once in a while, i tired smoking once too.. and i felt that it was more wrong and i know i would never get away with that .
