can anyone tell me how a showroom / office lease is structure?
we will lease 150-200sqm for around 150k DHS yearly, I understand they will need key money, how much approx.? do I need to pay an agent? how much? once you pay key money, do you pay quarterly?
How about management fees, are these included in monthly price?
Anything special to know about service supplies & costs i.e., electric, water, refuse removal, Air conditioning included in lease etc. ???
Will attempt to open showroom by Sept 1 for Asian-based multinational manufacturer of high-tech lighting.
