i want to learn Russian.is there any Russian private coaching centres in Dubai?

Let me correct you a little .. they aren't Russian .. they are from former Soviet union .. they do speak Russian language and that is the only thing that they have in common between them and the actual russian people.
Now regarding why so many .. because countries like Kazahstan, Uzbekistan etc are poor .. and those girls decided it is easier to make money this way .. though i heard lots of stories that they are lured into this .. they promise them jobs .. and when they come here, they take away their passports .. if they go and complain, no one will really care or believe them ..
