i read this in fight club does anyone know anything about this and can confirm or deny.

Mmmmmmm..... Well for ur information, sniper passed away on April 28th. I knew him quite for sometime....was long time suffer of cancer.
he was nice guy.


Geez i hope this is a wind up, if it is, its in very bad taste.

Highly doubt it... Sniper was a recent university graduate. He was in his early 20s... Doubt he was suffering from cancer nor that he died so this was a poor poor poor joke...

In that case Hashman has serious mental problems, in posting that.

No idea mate... Snipey just turned 23, around the same age I had mine. So, u never know...

Guys, I pm'ed Hashman this morning as soon as I read this also and here is his response to me just received:

"I got curious when i didnt hear from him so long. Then I heard the news from a common friend. yes it's sad news. I guess Dubai forum members wont bother much"

It would appear that Hashman is convinced that this is indeed true. If so, then this is a sad day for the forum as, despite all the banter, Sniper was still one of us.

I can only hope this is not true.

Sniper said a few times he visisted other forums using the same name... If only someone (Arnie or K) can research this and see what is being said in the other forums...

Hashman claims Sniper left us on the 28th. April and the first thing I did was check the dates of his last posts. Last one was on 24th. April.

I can still only hope it is not true.

Does anyone know his real name or the area of Canada he lived.?

Ask your forum admin for an email address (it'll be visible when admin logs in, or they can check the database)?

i read the same thing but i thought it was a sick bad joke and i did not pay too much attention to this comment as it was in fight club! is hashman talking serious?????????????? this is unbelievable! i mean did any of u guys know about him suffer from cancer?

none of us and any idea, this is what makes it very odd. Its difficult to deal with this untill we have some kind of definate confirmation.

oh man! that's such a fvcked up situation (sorry for the F words, but if this is a joke from Hashman than i must say it's not funny at all)

I beleive he is from Toronto because he spoke of going to the beach on Toronto Island.

Kanelli is from Toronto but I don't see how she can find him anymore than you or I.... Sorry for being a downer

i have relations in toronto, i have mailed them to check the papers etc, a long shot but worth a try, i have been pm'd with some details name etc.

Sorry, just read this thread now. I never PMed with Sniper so don't know his real name. I can try to do some digging. If this is a hoax, I will NOT be impressed.

man this is brutal, I just saw this thread, man I hope all is okay.

He is from Toronto and I know he was away for awile about 45 days ago as well for a couple week period.

I really liked the guy but don't have any personal details of him.

Attached are the obits from Toronto if someone stronger than I, I don't feel comfortable going through them.
