.........that was my reaction when I was given this property to lease out....can you believe they are all gone....the lowest 2-br in Bur Dubai/Karama I can find is 85K!!!!

Pool and preferably also gym but not too bothered if not.

Still have three or four 1-brs in this building 70-75K NO FACILITIES. I guess opposite

I'm just saying that I wouldn't spend that kind of money for a place in Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Satwa and co....

For God's sake... For 85k for a 2 bedroom in Karama or Bur Dubai is tantamount to robbery... I got my villa in a great area in a gated community for a tiny bit more....

You will not find anything with that price, like what you want, close to the Dubai Mall... Sorry.

110k-130k is probably nearer the mark

It looks like I will have to look further a field then from the responses.
