Hello.

I would like to ret a 4WD and go wih it for 4 days to Oman. Does anybody knows a cheap renting company which allow to use their 4WD in Oman???

I found on www.diamondlease.com a great Mitsubishi Outlander for 280Dirham per day, but I couldn´t find anything about going with it to Oman. Does anybody knows if they allow this???

George, perhaps you could call the people at Diamond Lease and ask their policy on people driving the rental cars to Oman. Their website must have a telephone number or e-mail address for queries.

We drove to Oman in our rental (Hertz) and the border control just asked for our rental agreement with car registration (don't know if they asked for both, but we were confused and gave both) and proof that we had insurance for driving in Oman.
