books

i read quiet a bit and have never come across a paperback or hardcover that has been censored. normaly censoring take place by the ministry of communications and if a book does not measure up to thier standards it simply is not allowed into the country. on the odd occasion they may censor an add in an overseas periodical - normally if there is a little to much skin.... although i feel they are pretty liberal about it.
i do know that certain textbooks for school use are censored including the atlas, where any reference is made to the political state of israel - which is quiet understandable in context (and covered elsewhere on one of the resent threads)
