Me and my Indian husband will soon be having a baby. I used to work in Dubai but now, I am in the Philippines to deliver our baby. My question is how can my Indian husband sponsor us by husband visa if the nationality of our baby is Filipino by birth as I am delivering here in the Philippines? Can our baby also get Indian passport?
