i live and work in dubia i want to get married and settle down here, but the problem is that my friend say you can be arrested and taken to jail if caught talking to lady. my problem is how can you propose to someone without talking to her, and even after you finally meet you both will need sometime together in other to get to know each other well before marriage. how is all this going to be possible if you will be harassed by the police.
