hello i just want to ask more details about my cases plz help me,,i have 4 yrs overstay but i dont have any cases like runaway ,,my problm is only 4yrs overstay and i want to go back in my country what i need to do,i have travel documents in philippines embassy its almost 0ne month and half still nothng happend,,plz how i go back philippines plz hlp me

Were you on residence visa or visit visa, in both the situations you have to pay fine, but the fine amount is different for both visas. we can help you in fine reduction and also in going back to your home country. Hi Nica,

I suggest you to go to Immigration and surrender yourself to them stating that your passport has expired and do not have money to pay for fine, they will do the next needful thing.
