I work for saif zone in sharjah free zone, my boss is also the company owner. it is 5 months since i am working here. my boss has a very unacceptable rude attitude with all of the company staff, he would verbally abuse us, say bad words and some times deduct salary for not valid reasons.
I am working for 16 years now, but have never seen any boss or employer with such attitude and behavior
my request is does some one knows the rules of saif zone, and can i bring this boss to justice, if i go and complain to saif zone will they accept it.
