hi kabayan...kumusta....tnong ko lng anong year ka nakauwi sa pinas...at gano k ka tagal nag stay sa Imagration bgo k nakauwi....e magkano binayadan mo yung penalty mo sa over stay..gano kb k tagal na over stay....kapag pang ticket lng pera ko..wala ako pambayad sa over stay ko....papauwiin din b nila ako or hindi na? Salamat....

please tell me how i can remove life time ban from immegration department

Sa mga kabayan na may absconding case...tanong po kayo sa akin. Kasi ako pinagdadaanan ko yan. Nasa stage na ako ng pagbayad ng fines.

chri23...how many months ka na nila inabscond?hindi nila I do drop yan. Punta ka agad sa immigration at isama mo yun bagong mag vivisa sau. Dapat yun new employer mo hindi ka iiwan sa hangin. kasi medyo mahaba habang proceso din to.

Hi,

My husband have an absconding case 8 months back but he did not run away the company, Hes asking on that time to cancel his visa to the previews owner before the company sold and they agree so he sign an agreement for cancellation but they did not cancel him,they only cheat him so the new owner file him absconding because they're thinking he run away.

Now without knowing the company already cancel his visa 5 months back, we came to know this all when CID captured him in Dubai Court when we process some other documents and now they put him in dept. of anti-infiltrators in Deira ready to deport they're asking money for ticket so we spoke to the manager there regarding his case so they will bring him in Al Awir immigration this coming Sunday to question him.

There is possibility that they will send him back? He open new company and we get already the visa qouta so were ready to stamp his visa .

Were all confuse now what to do, the lawyers said that they can clear the absconding case but they ask 10,000aed for the lawyer fee. what is the other way to dismissed his absconding he's visa already cancel do we need to approach the labor?

santina ,,,kabayan ung asawa ko dadalhin na nla sa al awir immigration this coming sunday, na kulong kac xa dahil sa absconding case the yan tapos more than 5 months na pala nla na cancel ung visa nya d lng cnabi ng company, d ko maintindihan nag file ng absconding ung company after how many months kina cancel ung visa nya.....ready to stamp ung visa sa new employer kung pag bibigyan ng time sa immigration e process ung visa nya....at more or less mag kano rin ang fines na mababayaran?

I hv a big issue actually I got marry in 2011.and that guy cheated me he told me that he is indian nd he showed me all docments are fake afterthat I got pregnant and m not on his visa after marriage also I use to fight what he use to tell that he hv some case that's y he cnt sponser me.when I want to deliver the baby that time we need all docments that time also I dint see doc which he submit in hospital.i trust him a lot.i use to ask where is baby birth certificate he use to make me fool all the time. he dint make any doc for baby. baby now 3 years old.she don't passport even.and now he died on road accident.afterthat we get to know that he is not indian he is afghani.now m in so mass I took the visa from some one m already on panality last 2 years.after that local he open the absconding case.now I dnt no what shoud I do pls some one can help me. how I can come out from this problem

I came in new employment visa..my company didn.t put medical for me because some problem.my visa is expired.my company told me to suddenly leave from dubai nobody help me that time.i am overstay. Six month.my company give the case and surrender my passport to awir immigration.i have the money to pay the overstay fine.what is the procedure to leave from dubai.if i pay my oversatay fine and leave from dubai without life bann.if i pay the overstay fine i will come back to dubai without any problem..please tell me...thank you

hi everyone can anyone give me an advice or any help about my problem. i informed my boss that i will resign and he said to me ok i will cancel you the next day, after i week i ask him about the the cancellation and he said to me that i am block list and ban for 3 yrs, and i asked him why i am block listed? i informed you that i will resign and you told me you will cancel and now i just know that i have a case in immigration for run away. so how can solve this problem and take my passport back? what will i do in order to take my passport? do i have to pay something in order to ift the absconding case against me.
