I have visa and salary problem. I came on work permit entry visa on 22nd july and joined 23 july my entry visa
expire in sep 20th and fine started on my visa. till nov 1st week my company owner told me I will put you visa, in last week of nov he told me about cancellation, . I told ok im ready to go back , 1st he told I will cancel you in 1st week dec then he told last week dec and again he told 1st week of jan on then last he told me I don’t have money to pay your salaries and fine when I get money I will cancel you.
I registered complaint on my company for my salaries and cancelation. my employer did not came to labour court to attend case on 18th 22nd and 23rd feb. then advisor forwarded case to ajman civil court.
Can anyone tell me what to do im facing financial problem I don’t have money and I don’t know how long this case will goes..
