Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Centre (DTEC).is an entrepreneur centre based in and owned by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority. We are home to more than 350 startup technology businesses and are an innovative centre promoting technology.

DTEC is a creative centre which supports people with technology-based entrepreneurial visions and technology start-up companies.
The Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Centre (DTEC) is a purpose-built startup business centre to accommodate and support young technology companies. DTEC offers greatly discounted and flexible technopreneur office space and highly subsidized technopreneur business licenses, as well as multiple visas per company.
With its 3,600 sqm space, it is one of the largest technopreneur centres in the region, comprising of more than 350 desk workstations and offices within its creatively designed interior. Facilities include 24-hour secure access and storage, high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, chill out and chat spaces, food outlets, printer stations and state of the art office support.

DTEC also houses the Silicon Oasis Founders (SOF) business incubator. Silicon Oasis Founders is a wholly owned entity of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), a 100% owned entity by the Government of Dubai.
DTEC members also benefit from access to our annual events programme, networking, mentoring and advice sessions and the opportunity to collaborate with more than 350+ like-minded entrepreneurs.
DTEC’s Incubator, Silicon Oasis Founders has a strategic commercial ambition and clear long term vision: “To become the leading business incubator that supports regional high potential ventures in the seed phase”. SOF focuses on fostering local entrepreneurial talents in the promising mobile application space and related technologies with strategic start up business loans. SOF’s expertise and incubation services will help emerging entrepreneurs to refine their business proposals, and accelerate growth.
