Education a little low. Accomodation you would want around 150k for a family of 4.

Everything else should be alright.

Education isn't low and you'll be covered for their age group (organise a school asap) with some left over- except when they get to 12 years and their fees tend to double as they enter high school. The travel allowance is excellent as are all other aspects of your package-you may have to take from one area of your package for accomodation- no worries and above quite a few (most actually) packages in your profession.

Wasn't that high when I made the comment G, prob got it sorted so looks better now but accomodation will need to be allocated from the other allowances.

Yeah he is dead right,(XRW-147) I had only put in the amount for 1 child.(education)
