Visit Visa To Look For A Job?

Hi folks,

After keep applying online, for months and no result... i think it's time for me to take further step.
I am going to apply for visit visa and meet Dubai face to face :)

Question is.. since the situation in Dubai is now a bit difference (crisis etc),
Is my plan still applicable to open bigger chance to get a job? :roll:
Any clue? Please....?

Some titbits about me:
- I am Indonesian female currently residing in Indonesia
- No UK/US related education/career history
- I don't have any degree, only certificate (an Asian? without any degree? yes i know it's hard :))
- I am a marketing/marketing and communications professional with 9 years experience
- Highlights: extensive knowledge in e-marketing/new media/e-commerce, photography skill, excellent skill in general IT (software, hardware, gadgets, internet, website development concept, etc)
- Industry background: hospitality, travel, IT and media
- Currently in management level but looking for staff/coordinator level to catch up local knowledge gap

Well if you have already secured a Visa no harm and giving it a shot. You'll never know until you try. Who knows ?

Yeah, no harm, of course.
But what i meant is.. whether it's true that visiting dubai will (most likely) deliver better result?
Especially in crisis time like now...

Well if your saying is wheter it is better to be here and apply or apply online. Then yes it s much better to be here in person.

Hello Peacefullia did you go to Dubai then on a visit and what were your experiences like?

Did u manage to get a job,how very easy/difficult did you find,suggest and help

Finding a job here in dubai once your here is much easier than applying by online.. you get to meet the people and the company so there is no hidden crap.. this is a massive problem here in dubai.

visit and apply youll get a better response.

just go for it girl try to visit the this site Ezheights.com and search for a job that suited for your profession ..
I will give you thumbs up for choosing dubai as your work place ..and for a visit visa it will be very easy to find a job and to change your visa into employment visa..goodluck
