I want to get help on absconding case. Is it possible to lift the case by any means as im over stay for two months and my previous owner put absconding against me even he cancelled my visa three months ago. I failed to provide them the pre aproval from new company. The day i provided them the pre aproval on the same day the already filed absconding complain against me. I sent the pre approval to them by email at 11 am and they filed absconding against me at 8 am already. In this situation what are my options. Please anyone help me to guide me what should i do now.
