The regulations issued stating the need for fishing licence in Dubai wers issued some time ago, at least 2 years, so why the sudden interest.

That's not new... I got mine 2 years back. It's free and you can apply online just need to go to DM to pick it up. Have never met anyone though who needed to present the license

I have applied for a fishing license here in Dubai online thru Dubai Municipality Portal, but I had no Tenancy Contract under my name. I am living with my cousin's flat having my separated room. Is it possible to get an approval for my application with out tenancy contract?

There is written on the site of Emirates fishing that some of the required documents may not be needed. They advise to attach as much as you can and check with them for the possibility to get the license.

sir. i cannot apply in online process may possible to go to dubai municipality and apply personally in counter. very week end me ang my 2 daugther always in sea side that my you can help me to get fishing permit.
