i have joined a freezone company in sharjah only a month ago, and i realise that i made a big mistake- the treatment is v bad they making us work for 14-15 hrs a day, also they are holding our passport in free zone..... while i was trying to get out i got a job offer from another gcc country( qatar)....as i am on a limited contract of 2 years and my probation period is of 6 months, i want to cancel my work visa now....how should i tell them as they have bad reputation of not cancelling the visa and holding employees passport, also he is good hold in freezone coz of his relations with higher officials....what should i do i want to get out of here!! pls help
