I have been offered a job in Dudai (dubai investment park area) and we are looking for a 2 or 3 bed furnished accomodation, can anyone advise on decent areas to rent, prices and or letting agents to contact

Sounds good,you can easily get one,two or three bedroom apartment accommodation in Dubai investment park. The rent price of 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in investment park show a minor rise of 0.02%.

your budget and preferences really dictate what areas are best for you. DIP is a bit out of the way for some residential areas, but will not be an issue if you live in Motor City, Sports City, JVC, JVT or even the lakes, meadows and springs.

The price will vary with the main factors being if you want a villa, townhouse or apartment.

When you start to look for furnished rentals, the job gets harder as you have to also find furniture which suits your taste.

Congrats for the new job. As you're coming here first time, I'd suggest you to go for Queue Point as they have quite reasonable apartments there. If you can afford to have a villa in Dubai or with sharing, it's always a good option.

Hi,There are plenty of options in Dubai where u can buy an apartment. Personally, I have invested in a 2BHK luxury apartment in the Palm Jumeriah in 2013, this project called Dream Palm Residence.
