I am in strange situation here. I resigned 4 months before on 30 days notice period as I am in unlimited contract.then within notice period there was reconcaliation between me n employer so I took back my resignation.
now suddenly after almost 4 months my employer has given me paper that coz u resigned 4 months before so don't come on duty from tomarrow.he is blaming my old resignation for contract cancellation
tis is total rubbish. I have been working normally during this time period.
can resignation still remain valid! ! ! ! ? ? ?
I didn't give any formal notice of taking back my resignation then. it was just common sense at that time that if I am continuing my duties after notice period so resignation automatically becomes invalid
