Technosphere
Planned centerpiece of the Technopark in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

The building is designed to be carbo neutral using solar energy, passive solar shielding through plants, water recycling and other technologies.

The Icon Hotel
Hotel in planning for Dubai Promenade, preparation on site has begun but is currently on hold.

Flanking the iconic ring-shaped hotel are the twin wave-like structures of the Wing apartments.

The Sixth Crossing
The bridge will link the localities of Al Jaddaf and Dubai Creek. It will have six lanes of traffic in each direction and will be able to carry 20,000 vehicles per hour. In the center will be a track for Dubai's Metro.
