Can anybody tell me which is the best bank here in the uae for salary transfer and stuff? with good interest and services...thanks

a bank which is good for one may not be good for the other one!!!

Emirates Bank - But not much good in services. Well (I found all are not good in services)

There's almost no interests (max 0.5-1% pa) in any bank for current/savings accounts, except fixed deposit.
I have used NBD Gold Payroll Account for years without problem, and have been using their Internet Banking services for monthly bill payments. no minimum balance, no fee, cheque book, internet banking, free gold credit cards for life.

Mashreq gives loan easier than other banks. My employer was able to take a loan only in Mashreq. If you want a car in credit you should speak with a few banks first about the loan and only after that transfer your salary there.
Many banks like Emirates looked at your nationality first and then on your salary...

So then which nationalities are looked up upon and which are frowned upon?

I have decide on what bank to go, i decided to go with masreq since i have an account with them and i like the car loan they offer...

With my personal experience, I found RAKBANK one of the most reliable bank when compared to other banks like HSBC. I would like to share one my experience. With one of the HSBC Credit card, I was promised Marhaba lounge facility but at the point of check in at the airport, they told me you don't have eligibility for it. This is absolutely not happening.
