I have been declared from dubai,i left dubai without informing anybody and i have been declared black list from dubai,is there any way to clear it

My Name is Jabran Soni and I am from UK. I made some investment to start Electrical business in Dubai in partnership with Pakistani National(Ishtiaq Ahmad), He did some fraud which we caught. Lateron I introduced another partner (Mr. Zulqarnain Shah) and while I was in UK he launched case in Dubai court against Ishtiaq on my request. Now I have been told that my name is black listed which is I am not sure about. Now neither Mr. Shah nor my sponsor are taking my phone calls. Is there any way to find out if my name is black listed or not.

please help me. before few months i bought a handset with postpaid connection from etisalat. now i cancelled my visa through labour office becouse of some health issues. last four months i didnt pay the bill. is there any problem for the bill in the airport or immigration. if there is any problem what to do..? i know am in trouble. but i dont have mony for paybill payment....! can i pay the bill when i reached my home town
