i want to know the options for me, i am working for a company in uae, i have got better job offer from another gcc country, i have put my resign and gave my notice period, but my company refusing to cancell my visa and asking me to leave if i want to leave, but in order to get the resident visa for my new job in another gcc country, i have to cancel the uae visa,as per the new gcc law, if my current company will not accept my resignation and not cancell my visa i will be loosing my this better job opportunity. Please help
