Hello

I live in Dubai, and I own a car.

If I a friend visit me can he drive my car legally.

-He is from Denmark
-He is only visiting (one month visa for Dubai)
-Local license plate

if he is not having UAE driving license i believe he is not allowed to drive a car, also it is dangerous for him to drive a car without getting UAE driving license, because some of my friends also came from my country and everyone said same to them as they are not allowed to drive car in UAE without getting UAE driving license.

If he comes as a tourist and has international driving license he should be able to drive in Dubai.
At least it was like this.

This is a major grey area, as some insurance companies will tell you it's ok, BUT if you ask the police, they will say absolutely NOT! Only residents, with a visa and a UAE license can drive a private car. You friend must get an international license and hire a car. He is not legally allowed to drive your car.

If your friend has driving license of his country and he is on visit visa then he can drive car but he has to go through some government/RTA documentation.

They 'used' to offer temporary drivers licenses, but they stopped that a long time ago. I think you'll find the answer is still no.

Your friend can drive as long as Denmark is an EU country.

Your friend can drive here as long as he has an international drivers license. However if something happens you are screwed for your insurance.
