I have been fighting a losing battle for the last 4 years, we took legal action against a property developer 4 years ago and won our case in the Abu Dhabi courts who awarded 70% of our money back that we had paid to the developer. Unfortunately we have still not received a dirham. Our lawyers are now doing absolutely nothing and no longer reply to emails/calls, the developer continues to finish off buildings yet still claims they have no money and we are out of pocket for a substantial amount of money. I am at a lost now and if it was only a small amount of money I would let it go but it is not, can anyone suggest what to do next.
