I am looking for advice how to deal with insurance company. I had car accident and have been hit from behind. Impact was that strong that car is claimed for total loss. Insurance company offers me 90% of my insurance value. Also I would like to get compensation for my injuries. Insurance company rejected everything related to medical claim and said that I should go to police station and start court cause against defendant. This is for me kind of playing fool on me.
Any advice ?
