To Whom It May Concern,
Before we start a business relationship, do you mind if I ask you a
couple of questions?
1.
As an investor, what exactly are you
looking for in an investment?
2.
What sort of returns (R.O.I.) are
you looking for?
3.
And what period of time do you want
to invest for?
A little about our company:

supplier of the finest quality seafood in U.A.E.with
already 15years experience in the U.A.E. market. We are able to purchase
seafood directly from major distributors world-wide. This allows us to pick
from the finest selection of seafood available anywhere. Our plan is to sell to
over sixty new hotels, supermarkets, restaurants and other outlets. We are
aiming for an average yearly distribution increase of 10% to 15%.
G.M.C. Seafood

throughout the M.E.N.A. Region within the next 3 years and we aim for
international sales within 5 years. In our expanded market, we make a
commitment to bring the best quality, freshness and affordable prices to the
public. By purchasing in large quantities at cost, we are able to pass these
savings on to our customers.
The planned expansion will cost around US
$3,000,000.00. Additional office, sales, marketing and service staff, warehousing,
vehicles and equipment will be hired to increase delivery and assist customers.
Moh’d Khayati, owner of G.M.C. Seafood
Dubai, has already invested over US $150,000 in
the setting up the new office and info structure .
We are looking for a number of investors who can invest a minimum of US
$1,000,000/- for a period of 5 years, we offer an R.O.I. of 7.5% to 8.5% yearly,
with an overall R.O.I. of 40%+ over the 5 year period.
Your investment be put into an escrow account
which would allow us to only use the monies for the above purpose and would
therefore be guaranteed from any misuse.
Definition of an Escrow Account:
Escrow accounts can be used for seller-financed deals.
This is usually highly recommended by business professionals. Instead of a
buyer making payments to a seller directly, payment is made to a third party
escrow provider, and then transferred to the seller. This enables the escrow
collection company to accurately record all payments made and allocate these
funds to the principal and interest of the loan. Not only does this help to
account for all monies exchanged, but it also can alleviate any potential
disputes between parties.
