Hello All, I had two UAE employment entry visas, First one I had cancelled in 2013 once I decided not to shift . Second time couple of days back, my existing Indian employer didn't allow me to leave before completion of contract terms. So VISA got expired. Now my future employer once again trying to get a new VISA so that I can come over and join them. Few questions:


1.) My future employer says that they will get fresh revised VISA in a week time. Is that reasonable? As per them for the revised VISA they are not required to take Labor approval again.

2.) Is there any chance I might face a VISA ban from UAE?
