I am accountant by profession. I have been offered Dubai free zone 3 years employment visa by a person who have a company registered there recently. But he just offer me job for 3 months to setup his business and saying after that he will provide me NOC to work anywhere.

I am totally new for Dubai. Never been there, niether I have somebody/friends/relatives there. All old and experienced dubai immigrants and expats, please help me regarding the things I should look into and identify the problems which may occure. I will be very grateful to your guys.

If you have not banned then u can search other jobs and also they remove your government banned.

Yes, employee can join another company after leaving a FREE ZONE COMPANY not the LLC.

can i resign from freezone and be employed in abu dhabi, without ban? i am currently working here at dubai healthcare city, freezone, for almost 3 months and i want to resign and go to abu dhabi. thanks

It would be best to consult with an immigration specialist regarding this matter. My knowledge regarding this matter is as follows: If you have a 1 year contract, then you can leave that job after 1 year without getting a ban. But if you have signed a longer or unlimited contract, then you may incur a ban if you cancel before 1 year. If you cancel after one year is completed even if you signed a three year contract, it's possible that you won't get a ban. However, get correct information from an authorized individual.
