Particularly in Dubai, which nationality of Doctor would you trust?

From another thread,MaaD recommends Swedish for Dentist.

For Surgeon?

For GP?

For Pedia?

Zam, for GP love Dr. Bernard Fischer on AlWasl Road. He is AWESOME. Lives in Springs and will even make a housecall. He is brilliant!!! Have recommended him to 5 or 6 people and they love him. He is from South Africa.

I don't think nationality is relevant at all when selecting a doctor. You should look at their credentials, experience and recommendations.

I got skin allergies once and i went to see a dermatologist and to my surprised the doc's own skin isn't good.

So, i stepped out of her clinic and went to another derma :roll:

Nationality of the doctor matters when it comes to hygiene. :oops:

It all depends on the doctors credentials, education and experience. Most importantly don't forget to ask your friends for recommendation as they have previous experience and will definitelt tell you if a doctor is good..

Nationality is for me not at all important. What I look for is a qualified doctor with proper communications skills, and one that takes enough time with the patient.

I have heard that medical treatment in Dubai is very costly and some of my friends use to come to Hyderabad for cheaper treatment with best hospitals.

For good dentist in Dubai, I strongly recommend Dr. Joy of Dr Joy Dental Clinic at Jumeirah. I visited this clinic for a orthodontics treatment. I should say that this treatment was very good and was also cost effective.

I know a clinic in Dubai, but this time i don,t remember what was the name of that clinic, if you really wanna find best doctor's or surgeons please find that clinc, Al Wasl Rd, Umm Seqiem, Al Manara Area. I am finding the name of that clinic when i got i must share with you. I have very good experience with that clinic.
