I have never been to Dubai or any UAE emirate, but I hear a lot about Russian women living there and converting to Islam, is this true?

I visit to Dubai very often i have couple of friends from Dubai both nationals and those who are from different parts of the world , as Dubai is a hub for those who dream of a successful life , in terms of Islam among the friends i have most of the friends are who are reverts and have accepted Islam

True infact i have also seen people accepting Islam rapidly in Dubai.
