Sure you were a kid with a hyper-accelerated learning curve, but even the languages u learn as a kid don't stick as well.
That's because the best way to learn a language is to practice it (hearing and speaking)!
Anyways I'm a native Arabic speaker & I'm up for some Arabic conversation sessions for whoever is interested (assuming I have free time of course.)
You can teach me some about your language in return!
I suggest you do that with as many Arabs as possible at least 3 or 4.
before you know it you will be speaking some sort of broken Arabic which is step one
