I was working in another GCC country before and had to leave from there when I lost my Job during recession. I had some outstanding loan with a local bank there and was unable to close it due to loss of Job. now I am here and want to know if bank can take any legal action against me when I am outside the country.

Cally our bank and ask them. But considering you managed to get in here, there's obviously no case against you in other GCC countries.

I need a legal advise for my son, he got 6 months sentenced and Dh. 200,000/- fine in 2 different charges of fraud and editing, regarding 6 months he already passed 3 months around, we are not in position to pay AED 200,000/- fine, in this condition what will be happened maximum.
