have been working in a food company for 8 years. Being one of the best performers i recently got increment. I started from very low salary and position n withbmy hard work i got to the sales manager position. The day i went for my medical in the afternoon i was callednn given a termination letter. The company has been taken over by new management that is why they r terminating major number of employees so as to appoint new people. I have my wife and son on my visa and currently my wife is also 8 months pregnant. They told me if i dont get a job in one month they vl renew my visa and give me 2 months time to find a job. Now they refuse to renew my visa. My main concern is my wife,s delivery which is in mid of may and which is also covered by insurance. I will be losing on all the facilities and also would have to send my wife n son to my home countryin this critical condition. Pls help n tell me if they have done justice and how can i be able to atleast sort out my wifes delivery.
