Looking to open a bank account and then a fixed deposit, have heard quite a lot about Emirates NBD services, would like to know their fixed deposit rate?

Well I’ve had an account with ADCB bank in Dubai for a while now and I must say it’s been a good experience banking with them. I recently took up a term deposit plan offered by the bank.

They provide the following features:

1. Tenure for term deposit varies from 1 to 12 months

2. Quarterly declaration of benefits and payments

3. Automatic renewal of deposit

4. Available in Dirhams, US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds and other currencies .

ADCB’s services are approved by the Shariah and supervisory board. Hence you can avail of more beneficiary schemes, offered under Islamic banking. Net banking and mobile banking services offered by the bank help ensure greater convenience.

I am a banker and i know now a days rates is not that much good in UAE banks

I know a friend working in DIFC and their rate on Deposits in US dollars is higher rate 8-9% per year

also they provide share certificate for total shares of your deposit and end of tenor extra return.
