Hi everybody, I am going to attend a seminar in Dubai (official business) and my company here in saudi arranged my documents, but later on I have decided to take may family with me (we have residence visa here and they are my dependents). Unfortunately we have different airlines, I'll take emirates and they will take saudia airlines, my flight will arrive at 2pm and theirs at 4pm, with 2 hours difference at terminals 3 & 1 respectively.

1. Is it possible if I transfer from Dubai airport terminal 3 to terminal 1, while waiting for them and
2. Is it possible to apply for our visit visa there.

We already have our hotel booked for 4 nights, and we also have our return tickets to saudi.
