i got Visa refused (blacklisted ) but i never apply to dubai or visit UAE
could you help to resolve this matter?

It ma be that your name is similar to the name of a banned person.

same things happened to me as well, i didn't go to any other country in my entire life.... i was informed as blacklisted in uae since my passport is totally new.
