Employment Visa Filed - Do Not Want To Join

Hi, I worked for an employment on tourist visa for around a month and now my employer filed an employment visa for me which was approved. Now i need to renter using my employment visa to start my job formally, but i do not want to join due to personal reasons. Is there any problem of filing a complaint in this case?
