I am working for a developer in Dubai called Schon Properties. We are the developer for the Dubai Lagoons project in Dubai Investment Park. This area is going to be classed as the 'New dubai' being right next to the new Maktoum International Airport and Dubai Expo.
We have a wide range of units for sale, starting at studio apartments and going all the way up to 4 bedroom Duplex and 8 bedroom 'villas'. The current price per sq ft is AED 750-950 but flexible depending on the amount of units bought and the payment plan.
We are currently in the process of handing over a building with one building being handed over every 2 months and a whole zone completed by the end of 2014. We then have another 2 zones being handed over in 2015.
