Hope all is well.
I found this forum very effective and efficient for those people who are basically in doubt in terms of rules in dubai. And I consider myself as one of them, I have a colleague who are currently seeking for job. I made the research once and for all but I want a concrete answer. Honestly, we are quite afraid of the medical test in uae as one of my collegue is affected by hepatitis B. And we are aware that there is specified test for a given job. To make it short, he will be deploy as a pet groomer. Kindly provide the medical test he would be undergo? I highly appreciate for quick response as we are totally confused. Or can you provide a list of job where he will be fit enough. Thanks a lot

This law is kind of old but:
According to the Government Federal Law No 7/2008, people renewing / applying for a residence or employment visa will have to undergo a number of medical fitness screenings for diseases including HIV, Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis and Syphilis.
