Hello I am Naqash from Islamabad ...I'm New To This Forum

I am going AbuDhabi next month on visit visa(28 days). I will be staying with my uncle there. I need some help and suggestions regarding job searching.

I am 24, got graduation in Telecom management. I have 1 year working experience (management work) in IT company. I have not done any technical work till now....

Please let me know what should i do to get a good job?
How can i apply in different companies?
What should be my expected salary? as i have no idea of job market of Dubai/AbuDhabi....
If i got a job(InshAllah) ...do i need to leave the country? because i will be on visit visa
